Company Background
Pacific Wireless Manufacturing Inc. designs and manufactures state of the art wireless communications solutions targeted at the 900 MHz to 5.8 GHz markets for both fixed and mobile applications.

Scott Parsons founded Pacific Wireless as a sole proprietorship in December of 1998. The company offered two product lines, RFIC chips and passive antenna products, purchased from Pacific Monolithics where Mr. Parsons served as director of manufacturing. The Company incorporated in March of 1999, as an S corporation in Aptos, California, serving two major customers.

In 2002, Pacific Wireless relocated to Draper, Utah just south of Salt Lake City, taking advantage of lower production and distribution costs while accessing the talented labor pool in that state. Production and distribution headquarters opened in Bluffdale, Utah, four miles west of the company's executive office.

In June 2005, Cushcraft Corporation acquired Pacific Wireless with the promise to Pacific Wireless' loyal customers that it will continue to be operated by the founder and current management team under their existing brand as a division of Cushcraft Corporation. Customers, partners and suppliers will continue to work with Pacific Wireless in accordance with current business arrangements
